- If you have just placed your order and have not yet received email confirmation that it has been shipped, you can cancel or change the products you have ordered.
- If you have received the order confirmation email, we will not be able to cancel it. However, once the order has been received, you will be able to exchange or return it.
If you have made a mistake in the delivery address, and regardless of whether your order is in transit or not, it will always be possible to change the address .

Yes, it is possible. Follow these steps:
- In the "Shipping address" field, enter the address where you want to receive your order.
- Next, continue to the payment method and click on the option "Use a different billing address".
- In the fields below, enter the details of the company to which you want your order to be billed.
You can also do the opposite, if you want the purchase to be billed personally, but sent to your company or another address.
The invoice will be sent with your order. If you wish to receive the invoice electronically, go to "My Account" and download it.
If your order is for a gift for someone else, you can request, by leaving a message stating that it is for a gift in the order notes, located in the shopping cart, before finalizing the purchase, telling us that the order is sent without the invoice inside. In this case, the invoice will be sent later by email or will also be available in your customer account.
In addition, it is possible to add a personalized message inside the package, along with the clothing. To do so, simply leave the message in the order notes as well.
Please note that when requesting a personalized message or invoice-free shipping, we recommend that you contact our customer service to reconfirm your request by clicking HERE. This way, we can ensure that all your preferences are properly addressed.
At the time of purchase, before confirming and finalizing the order, you can add your tax identification number in the payment process.

Currently, it can be purchased online in all countries of the European Union.
Spain (Peninsula):
- FREE SHIPPING in 24/48H for orders over 50€.
- €5 charge for orders equal to or less than €50.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international to EU countries:

Once you place and confirm your order, it will take between 24/48 business hours depending on the destination city for delivery in Spain (Peninsula) through the courier company NACEX, and between 2-5 days for orders outside the Peninsula or international (depending on location) through the courier company CORREOS.
Yes, you can do this if you have created an account. Within your account, you will be able to check the status of your order by clicking on "Shipping Status". You will also receive email updates on the shipping status of your order, from the time it leaves the warehouse to its final delivery.

Yes, during checkout you have the option to enter a different shipping address than the one you entered when you registered. If you require your order to be delivered to an alternative address, simply select the "Different Shipping Address" option during checkout. You will be able to enter the new shipping address details and complete your purchase.
We understand that there are situations where you want to send an order directly to someone else or a specific location, and we are here to make that possible. We want to make sure that your order is delivered to the location you want, based on your preferences.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be levied once your order reaches its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. In case you receive a damaged package, we recommend that you follow these steps:
- Upon receipt of the package, carefully check the condition of the outside of the package. If you notice any visible damage, write a note on the carrier's delivery note indicating that the package is damaged.
- Take a photo of the damaged package before opening it, as photos can be useful as evidence if you need to file a claim with the shipping agency.
- Once you have completed the steps above and received your order, carefully open the damaged package. Check the condition of the products inside and, if any are damaged, take photos of them.
Please contact our Customer Service immediately, detailing the situation and sending photos of the damaged package and damaged products, if applicable. Our team will analyze the situation and provide the appropriate solution, which may include replacing the damaged items.
RETURN
We offer FREE returns or exchanges for the first 30 days from shipping confirmation. If more than 30 days have passed since shipping confirmation, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Purchases made during the Christmas season between December 1, 2024 and January 5, 2025 can be exchanged or returned until January 31, 2025, as long as the items are in new condition, with no signs of use.

Just let us know and we will tell you the Nacex transport agency closest to you where you can leave the package. Forget the hassle of having to print labels or having to wait all day for a courier to pick up the package! Let us take care of it.
Items must be in their original condition, without any signs of use, must contain all their tags and be in the same condition as when you received them.
Intimate products such as underwear, gift cards cannot be returned.
The exchange process may take between 3 and 7 business days and the return process may take up to 10 business days due to the processing time for the refund of the amount depending on the payment method used for the purchase.
We only sell items in perfect condition, so if you ever receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us HERE. After scheduling the collection, the official brand will be notified and will assess the defect. After validation and decision by the brand, we will replace the item or refund it to you within 10 days at no additional cost to you.
If you occasionally receive an item that you did not order, follow the same process as outlined in the previous paragraph.
METHOD OF PAYMENT

With Klarna, you have the option to split your purchase into 3 equal, INTEREST-FREE payments for purchases over €35. The first instalment will be charged when Secrets Luxury confirms your order, and instalments 2 and 3 will be scheduled 30 and 60 days after the first charge, respectively.
