Spain (Peninsula):

  • FREE SHIPPING in 24/48H for orders over 50€.
  • €5 charge for orders equal to or less than €50.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international to EU countries:

  • FREE SHIPPING for orders over €100.
  • €10 shipping costs for orders equal to or less than €100.
  • Delivery may take 2-5 business days.

At Secrets Luxury we prioritize the speed and punctuality in the delivery of our customers' orders. They are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. We process orders from Monday to Friday during business hours, all orders confirmed before 4:00 PM will be shipped on the same day, from 4:00 PM they will be processed and shipped the next day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Shipments may be slightly delayed due to the high volume of orders during the Christmas season, Black Friday and sales seasons.

Once you place and confirm your order, it will take between 24/48 business hours depending on the destination city for delivery in Spain (Peninsula) through the courier company NACEX, and between 2-5 days for orders outside the Peninsula or international (depending on location) through the courier company CORREOS.

The prices shown on our site are inclusive of taxes in the territory of Spain (21% VAT), which means that you may be required to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For more details on charges, please contact your local customs office.

Returns

We offer FREE returns or first exchanges within the first 30 days from shipping confirmation. If more than 30 days have passed since shipping confirmation, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Items must be in their original condition, without any signs of use, must contain all their tags and be in the same condition as when you received them.

Purchases made during the Christmas season between December 1, 2024 and January 5, 2025 can be exchanged or returned until January 31, 2025, as long as the items are in new condition, with no signs of use.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Intimate products such as underwear, gift cards, and personal care products cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return or exchange your item, please contact us through any of our contact methods: info@secretsluxury.com, +34 692950305 or WhatsApp. We will send you the return label and you only have to put it on the package and take it to the Nacex transport agency closest to you, we will take care of the rest.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
